Cheap and beautiful planters
Hi Everyone!

I'm very new in this world of plants and I'm loving it!. I'm very excited about buying some plants and learning about their care but, I have been struggling to try to find cheap and cute planters. I would love to hear recommendations from you guys!

Thank you :)

Pei Many thrift stores also sometimes have surprisingly good quality planters! I scored a few of my favorites like that :) please share your planters if you do find something!

Passepartout I found a number of nice planters at Big Lots, of all places - about $25 for a 10" planter, on down to $8 or so for a 6".

PlntNrd IKEA has very inexpensive nice planters. You can get very cheap terra cotta pots at places like Michael’s and Home Depot. I also find great low price pots at places like TJ maxx. Also try checking sales at places like CB2 and West Elm. I also use things not necessarily meant for plants. I have some cute ceramic candle holders that I drilled holes in and made in to small planters. I have some glass candle holders that I use too, you just need to be careful watering if you don’t have drainage.

Erin I repurpose candle holders too! I don't have a drill, but I put a generous layer of lava rocks at the bottom and that seems to do the trick. Am also cautious with my watering.
